Both FreeBSD and OpenBSD are support equal-cost multi-path (ECMP), and
the KAME project have NetBSD radix_mpath codes, but i can't find it in
the NetBSD sources, how can i do this ?

See if you can use a 'route-to' rule in PF with an address pool of type
'source-hash' or 'round-robin'.
