Is anyone currently maintaining a newer version of 'pf' for NetBSD?
It looks like the version currently in FreeBSD has had quite a bit of
locking done to it, rather than just blindly going to splnet() and
excluding half the rest of the system as the one in our tree does.

Last year I was planning to upgrade our PF to same version what's in OpeBSD 4.6
but the amount of free time has been very limited so feel free to start yourself...
