0) share/doc/smm/18.net/6.t notes about IFF_NOTRAILERS.
Should we remove it or leave it?

1) I modified share/man/man4/man4.vax/{ec,en,ex,ix,vv}.4
to remove the note about IFF_NOTRAILERS. While doing it,
I noticed that a lot of non-exist drivers' manuals exist
in the directory. Should we remove the file or not?
(I'm not familiar with vax, so please someone remove them
if those should be removed.)

It is a now partially historical description of the 1993 state of affairs.
So keep it that way, unless you want to update all parts of it and create
a "NetBSD-9 edition".
